Marcella LeBeau Elementary School dedicated

Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Chairman Ryman LeBeau cut the ribbon officially opening the Marcella LeBeau Elementary School in Sioux Falls, SD last week as members of the LeBeau family looked on.
